Friday

$5,800

Your Friday package includes a 2-hour rehearsal on the Wednesday before your wedding. You are welcome to bring food in on that day as well.

Your arrival time on your wedding day can be as early as 7:00 am and shut down is at 11:00pm. All decorating and clean-up will be done on day of wedding.

Saturday

$6,800

Your Saturday package includes and 2-hour rehearsal on the Thursday before your wedding. You are welcome to bring in food on that day as well.


 Your arrival time on your wedding day can be as early as 7:00 am and shut down is at 11:00pm. All decorating and cleanup will be done on day of wedding.

Full Weekend

$8,500

Your weekend package gives you the opportunity to come in as early as 11:00 am on Friday to start decorating. You can host your rehearsal that night as well as bring in food if you wish. Shut down time for rehearsal night is 8:00 pm.  

You then get the Saturday to enjoy your big day (your wedding day arrival time can be as early as 7:00 am and shut down on Saturday is 11pm. All trash must be taken out that evening and come back Sunday to pick up your decor any belongings you didn't get Saturday evening. Check out time on Sunday is by noon.

PRICING INCLUDES: 

  • The use of all areas of the farm set aside for the venue, with the use of separate spaces for guys + girls to get ready. (these spaces are climate controlled)

  • A Whippoorwill Staff member on site to help make sure your day runs smoothly.

  • 380 White Wedding Chairs

  • 40  8ft Rectangle Tables

  • 15 Round Tables [60"]

  • Beautiful bathrooms attached to the dinner barn. Ladies and Gentlemen bathrooms are climate controlled and handicap accessible! 

  • 2-hour rehearsal 

  • Fire pit with built in swings around (wood is also provided

  • Amazing stamped sidewalks that lead to the beautiful courtyard which now has and outdoor bar area and a new grain bin gazebo.

  • 2 indoor ceremony options as well as a large outdoor ceremony spot newly renovated with stamped sidewalks and benches for seating.

  • Indoor areas can seat 150 with extra space to stand) outdoor seats the full 300.

  • ​Separate dinner barn that holds 300.  (climate controlled)

  • A spacious parking lot for you and your guests. 

  • We also have something we call the borrow barn. We have donated and several couples have also donated beautiful decor for all future couples to use free of charge.

  • We do not offer linens however we have 6 black round linens in the borrow barn to use.

Other Services

  • After a full weekend of celebrating, the last thing you want to worry about is cleaning up. Add our clean-up service to your wedding package and let our team handle the post-event details. We'll help collect decorations, organize personal items, and leave the venue looking beautiful, so you can simply soak in the memories and enjoy your first moments as newlyweds.

  • Our daughter who has been working side by side with me has now started her own day of coordinating business here!

    The extra perk is she will be here on site from the minute you arrive until you pack up to leave.

We are vendor friendly here at Whippoorwill Farm.
So that means you can hire who you want for your vendors, if you are looking for a list of ideas. I have a highlight section on my instagram labeled vendor ideas. These are vendors that have been here before. So we find that the easiest way to share. We like to experience vendors in person before we share them as a suggestion.
